Selling Your Property in Minneapolis or Edina

Earn More for Your Home or Property

If you own an older home or underutilized property in Minneapolis or Edina, selling it as a lot or tear-down often leaves money on the table. Anchor Builders is interested in facilitating the sale of your home to one of our interested clients. Instead of selling your home “as-is”, we market your property as the starting point for a new-custom home build.

How do you benefit? You don’t pay agent commissions on the sale of your property. Instead, we will be paid through the new custom home project, not the sale of your property.

How It Works

We work directly with you (or alongside your existing real estate agent) to design a conceptual home tailored to your lot’s unique dimensions. We then list the property in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as a “To-Be-Built” custom home package. The Buyer is able to purchase the entire vision, a custom home on your property in one comprehensive price. After the Buyer closes on the agreement, you receive payment for your property.
